My husband and I jumped on this tour on the recommendation of a friend - not really knowing much about it - and it was fantastic! Withing the first hour or so we had been able to view two stars during the daytime since the...More

Most of the members of our group (family with young adult children) really enjoyed the experience. It's educational and different. A couple warnings, the program is 5 hours long and would not be suitable for small children or easily bored children. Also it does get...More

This program is very organized, with notifications on the day of and directions from beginning to end. Travis, our guide is passionate, informative and humourous. The dinner was croissant sandwiches, chips, green salad, cookies. Adequate for the event. As other reviewers have stressed, it is...More

We got lucky with a great night for stargazing and a smaller group which allowed for a lot of telescope time. The astronomer, Travis, was GREAT. His sense of humor, nerdy anecdotes and overall knowledge made the experience a good one. He also helped a...More

We attended this sky nights tour with friends. This 5 hour program includes supper. At an altitude of 9157 feet, a clear sky, using their 24" and 32" telescopes, we were able to see distant stars, galaxies, moon, star clusters, and more. Very educational, informative...More

Interesting tour of the facility included several opportunities to view celestial bodies through their 32" telescope. When the sun sets, the 9,000' altitude gets pretty chilly.
