This beautiful theater was renovated not long ago, but they kept the 1920's architecture. We have seen several shows there, most recently "Jersey Boys" and there is not a bad seat in the house! The staff is friendly and helpful and the venue has easy...More

Last Sunday we saw the Jersey Boys production and as this review is not about a show I’ve seen 5 times it was different because of the venue. This place is 100 years old and of course it has been remolded and renovated over the...More

My husband purchased Jersey Boys tickets for Christmas. Having grown up during the 50s in NJ, I had been wanting to see this show for quite some time. The theater originally built in the late 20s, has been beautifully renovated (mid 1990s I believe). Definite...More

So much attention to detail! The restoration is amazing. I even got to hear the organ play which was a real treat. Ask about the resident ghost cat, nest story!

Enjoyed great performance of Music Man at the old rehab theatre in downtown Phoenix. Stage has all the appointments of modern lighting, sound systems-first class operation, comfortable seats, air-conditioned, adequate rest rooms, bar.

Many kinds of entertainment take place in this old vaudeville masterpiece, from theater to classical music to star turns. Excellent sight lines and acoustics. The Moorish decor is a delight in which to wander over intermissions, or you can walk out onto a sunset plaza.

Had been here years ago. Returned this past week for the Tedeschi Trucks Band concert. What a perfect venue for this type of event. The building has been wonderfully restored - thank god it wasn't torn down for "urban renewal". Accoustics were great. A perfect...More

The Orpheum is one of a kind, fully restored to its original beauty. Not a bad seat in the house, performances are varied and of superb quality. Lots of parking space and restaurants in the area.

Tom's Tavern is good, but I don't know if it is open on Sunday evenings. It is about 1-2 blocks from the Orpheum. Two blocks east of the Orpheum is the Renaissance Hotel and they have a restaurant that would be open. It... More
