Quaint, fun, a bit over commercial. Parking horrible. Not easy to walk around due to very steep streets, high curbs, elevation.

This was the original capital, neat court house square. The old bars are nearly gone and replaced with shops. More family oriented.

I agree with Robert...they expect you to pay...since you are from out-of-state and, in reality, can not come back to argue in court.
