Well worth the stop if going south or visiting Tucson. Get inside the inner workings of a titan missile silo, good for kids, and the old guys especially. Food and fuel nearby.

My son and his friend and I came here on a Wednesday morning. I really didn't know what to expect. My son really wanted to go so we went. All I can say is that it was awesome! The tour was about a hour long...More

Wow, the capability of these missiles is almost incomprehensible. To know that they protected us by their silence, and just the knowledge of the power that they held. Grew up hearing about these, and getting to tour the Silo was really cool.

A very interesting museum. We took the hour tour which was just enough for our 3yr old. You go down to the control room either via the 55 steps or by an elevator. The guides are veterans and very informative. To think the operators worked...More

Visited here briefly after it being on my bucket list for many years. Took the 1-hour guided tour to look around, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't believe how organised and committed the crews must have been to keep that up month after month for up...More

It's hard to believe taht for twenty years normal people with friends and families sat in a hole deep in the ground waiting for the order to press a button that would release weapons 600 times as powerful as the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. The...More

A bit of our country's history and well worth the trip. To think that this facility was at one time a fully operational site. I got goose bumps knowing one push of a button would have had catastrophic consequences is quite sobering. Our guide had...More

It was fascinating to walk through a piece of history. To sit in the chair of a person with their finger on the button and to thing of what could have been. While most of the people on our tour were older, it held the...More

A one of a kind experience, literally, the only Titan missile opening to the public, super interesting and it doesn't disappoint. You'll get a whole run through and view of the missile site.

Yes, there is an elevator for those who have trouble negotiating stairs. It takes you down to the control room level and they bring you back up too!
