Strange to see a canal in downtown Scotsdale. Lined with extremely expensive condos. A bit unique--but not a big deal to me.

A nice, quiet location with good shade and popular with individuals, couples and dog walkers. This area gets you away from the busier parts of downtown Scottsdale but is close to much of the shopping and restaurants.

Park by the restaurants and walk the canal. Great Shoppe and restaurants nearby. On a cooler day you can also walk to old town. Grab a brochure on the way.

Hard to find. Difficult to park, and not a big deal once there. A few good restaurant, but other than that, I don't see the attraction. Sorry.

March 2017 I walked for an hour every morning at 6:30 while staying at the Scottsdale Inn. Summer time it would be brutal.
