This is a beautiful trail and rather easy to navigate but do so in the early A.M. to avoid the blistering heat. Be sure to bring water and wear sensible shoes!

What I most enjoyed about this hike was the varied terrain/microclimates... it didn't feel monotonous at all. Some minor uphill rock step climbing but also lots of wide open paths through sandy and flat forest. You do need to have a decent fitness level but...More

We parked at the trail head around 6 am and walked up too the vista. The views were great. From there we hiked into the canyon which skirts along the side of a resort for the first part. At the end of the resort you'll...More

Our family from age 6-70 hiked this trail together. Beautiful views all along the way and especially from heights.

I love the energy, the vortex of Boynton. We've been to Sedona 4x and this time we began with Boynton - all the way to the end which we hadn't yet. So very wonderful. I wouldn't call this 'easy' as many reviews say as it's...More

This is a great family hike that provides some gorgeous views. A must see / do for anyone traveling to Sedona. Start out early in the am before it gets too warm and stop at Enchantment resort on the way back for breakfast.

Easy hike with spectacular 360 degree views. If you go the whole distance it should take approximately 2 1/2 hours in and out.

Yes, it is paved and there is a parking lot off the road. The walk/hike is easy.

I have a group of 60 people. Do we need to make any specials arrangements to hike this trail? How long does it take and how difficult is the hike.

You would enjoy it, but it would be hard to get 60 people at the top to see it's incredible review.
