Considered Namti but after reading the reviews decided we wanted more quality and would spend the $$. Went to New Day Spa and Sedona Rouge's Spa. Rouge had a steam room, but New Day had so much more personality and welcome. The waiting area is smaller and treatment rooms smaller, but the massages are better, the products they use are... More

Beautiful, comfortable, and friendly spa inside and out, however the sweat lodge release treatment left me wanting more. I was suppose to receive a marma therapy head massage during the steam which did not happen. The inner journey/ talking about what I was releasing part of the treatment wasn't really talked about and skipped over. I was looking for more... More

Visited for tandem massages and found the atmosphere serene and the staff friendly and accommodating. The owner couldn't be nicer and took the time to make us feel welcome. Opted for deep tissue massages and definitely got therapeutic treatment! Will definitely return when visiting Sedona.

I felt comfortable the moment I walked into this spa! Stacey gave me a spa pedicure unlike anything I've every had, so relaxing I fell asleep. No soaking, just relaxing outside on a heated table with warm mitts on my hands and multiple warm water wraps on my feet. Although it was only 55 degrees outside, this cozy little corner... More

I drive by New Day Spa pretty regularly. And while I know there's no shortage of great day spas between in and between Flagstaff (where I live) and Sedona, I liked the "main drag' ease of access for a quick indulgence and had a vague memory of someone telling me they'd been there and liked it. I'd had a really... More

As a Sedona resident, I've been to most of the spas in the area, which tend to be trendy and/or uninspiring. I enjoy a spa with the kind of ambience that soothes my soul, like the New Day Spa, tucked into a quiet West Sedona location. A warm, friendly, tasteful environment, it expands my spirit just walking in the front... More

Don't let the small space fool you. This is a lovely gem of a space. The staff go out of their way to ensure that the guests have a full spa experience. We aarived 45 min before our massage apps to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor patio. The therapists custom all massages to guests' needs and no extra charge... More

I splurged for myself while on vacation I was 7 months pregnant and wanted to pamper myself after all the hiking we did. When I arrived everyone was very nice and offered me snacks and mineral energy water. ( could have had champagne or mimosa but unable to drink at the time). First I got a prenatal massage which was... More

I went to Sedona for a week to experience some of the incredible hikes, and then relax afterwards with some spa treatments. The staff at Sedona's New Day Spa were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I received a terrify, relaxing stone massage. Would recommend this place and I will go back on my next trip.
