Had a great time hiking and doing some light climbing up Bell Rock. It is beautiful and the vortex energy is wonderful.

You can see this Rock from all angles along the highway. Tours do go past it. Beautiful. It is a must see when visiting Sedona.

Bell rock welcomes is very visible when coming into town. It's just beautiful We didn't hike it but my understanding is that it is an easy hike. Set your camera to landscape to capture the various shades of red.

What a great hike! We live in Wisconsin so we were a little apprehensive whether we would have a difficult time hiking in Arizona. Bell Rock was our first on the list and I’m happy to say it was one of the best. The trail...More

My son and I hiked up Bell Rock one afternoon and the scenery was spectacular. I would recommend bringing enough water and probably hike it in the morning before it gets hot. There are a few spots that are difficult to traverse but you can...More

Absolutely beautiful! Stunning! Bell Rock basically welcomes you to the Sedona area. There is a hiking path or just park and take in the views.

Some of the areas are a little steep but once you got the hang of the climbing you were fine did see a lot of people with small children who shouldn't have been up that high but other than that it was very nice

We didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into. This was our first day and we climbed up and around and up and around some more. It more than whetted our appetite for more hikes, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The choice is yours...there are many trails that you can easily drive to or you could go on a pink jeep drive which covers different trails. I prefer to venture off on my own and hike without anyone guiding me. Be aware... More

You can do the short hike up to the rock with everyone. I believe it's 0.5 miles. But going up the rock would not be ideal.
