Pretty much a ghost town.

The majority of the building are vacant. All they really have is Gap and a couple household item stores. There's also a restaurant I think. Not really worth visiting.

This place can no longer claim to be a 'factory outlet'. Only Gap and Famous Footwear remain. Hilfiger et al. have long departed. A waste of an hour getting here. Most units papered up and to let. It is Noon on a glorious April day. The car park is dead.

If you are going here for shopping purposes, don't bother. For the most part, it is an empty mall, except for the Gap and a couple smaller stores. Under new ownership, so that may change in the future.

When this center first opened, there was plenty to see. Now there are only a couple of shops left. Not worth wasting the time to go out of the way to get there.

I have lived in Sedona for 11 years and have seen this outlet mall deteriorate. When I first moved here it was full of real outlet stores... GAP, Bass, IZOD, DYNK, Oneida and Tommy Hilfiger to name a few. Over time they disappeared... some I am sure were dissolved by their corporate office. As a local I feel that the... More

Don't bother unless you need something from Gap outlet or Tuesday Morning. Shopping Center is 50% empty. Should be torn down.

Stopped by here when we saw the tents for an art festival in the parking lot. We returned the next day, a Monday evening in May, to do some outlet shopping. However, we found that this complex is mostly abandoned. Other than a Gap Outlet and a shoe store, every other store was either empty or closed. It was depressing... More

I haven't been here for several years, and apparently no one else has either!! The entire shopping center is mostly empty stores with The Arizona visitor center in the middle when you drive-in. When I saw the "50% OFF Everything in the Store" signs in the GAP window, I thought they were closing too, but they said no and had... More

I was surprised to see the lack of businesses occupying this outlet mall. Fortunately there was a craft fair going on in the parking lot which gave us more shopping opportunity.

The outlets are mostly empty. A shoe store, GAP and one other outlets are the only stores - and the deals just are not deals!
