A great and at at times moderately strenuous hike. Nice hike to get away from the usual crowds. Canyon views are wonderful.

We are just getting into the rigor of hiking, so Wilson Canyon was a good choice for us. Parking is tight, and as with all of the trail heads in the Res Rock State Park, a day fee is required to park. UNLESS: you have...More

We arrived late afternoon on Friday. The tourist information center volunteer was so helpful. She suggested several places with great views. We took this hike Saturday morning. Fabulous views!
