It was a nice way to spend some time ,go for lunch and do a walkabout. Most of the art was not my cup of tea, but if you like the "southwestern" style you will enjoy this.

I've been to Tubac on many occasions, but this was my first visit to the Tubac Center of the Arts. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a special Exhibit of Adams' work. I was greeted promptly by a friendly and knowledgeable docent, who explained what was on display in each of the rooms. While I love Ansel... More

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the gallery with great lighting. The art displayed was a nice selection and the gift shop had plenty of books candles and lots to look at. I recommend spending some time here to browse the local art scene.

Decided to swing in and we had a great time. Lots to see. Loved hearing about the history of the locale and seeing the variety of works displayed. We will be back.

When you first get there you are greeted outside by a giant rabbit... when we saw him we knew we had to stop in. He is a statue and is quite remarkable. Inside you will find all types of art as well as a small gift shop with many handmade items. Worth a look!

At the annual Tubac Festival of the Arts, you become and experience "art-overload!" Twice annually, February and November, Tubac Chamber of Commerce organizes two of Arizona's premier art shows. During this year, the 57th annual event was held from February 10-14, 2016; and honestly, even living so far away in San Diego, this spectacular could easily draw me again. Over... More

There is a special presentation by talented high school children going on at this time. We were very impressed at the amount of creative children 's art. We actually bought a photo of a sunflower up close that is absoulutely magnificant.

Tubac village is a great outing for walking around and people watching, we spent 2 afternoons there and also visited the state park, which has a nice setup right at the edge of town.
