This was a fun trip. Liked the all inclusive price. It was more cowboy entertainment on the train rather than educational.

Fantastic day out - must not miss the shoot out before the journey. Excellent service - the best way to visit the Grand Canyon. Staff are helpful and informative, ride in comfort and see the changing scenery. Returned in Parlor class - lovely snacks and champagne to round off a perfect day. Breathtaking scenery at Grand Canyon - a must... More

This was a fun enjoyable trip. The show prior to boarding is fun for the kids. The trip is 2 hours long but the views are beautiful and the crew make it fun. This trip was a whole part of the experience. You actually spend more time traveling then at the actual Canyon. If driving it is about 1 hour.

What an amazing time we had! From arrival at the hotel to trip to the canyon, stay at Maswik lodge, return to Williams and overnight again at Grand Canyon Railway Hotel everything was so well organized and designed for our enjoyment. The western show before departure was so fun too! A great anniversary trip for us!

I recommend couples, older people, to go with First class or Observation Dome, best value for your money. Coach is small, hot and crowded with crying babies and screaming kids.

Was very entertaining, enjoyable and great interaction with passengers. Would recommend to friends and family. Everyone enjoyed the breath taking views, the humor of the train robbery, the entertainment before and during the train ride. The hotel was comfortable and the food was great, workers and desk attendances were helpful, overall a great experience for all.

We took the Grand Canyon Railway to and from the Grand Canyon. What a pleasant way to enjoy nature! The trip takes about 2 1/2 hours each way and it is a pleasure. The crew is wonderful, curtious and fun. They entertain and also treat everyone with the same respect. There are singers, robbers and a sheriff to arrest the... More

Trip to the Grand Canyon was just wonderful! The beauty of the train ride was only outdone by the Grand Canyon itself. Highly recommend taking the Grand Canyon Railway. It was a trip of a lifetime.

A great journey with great staff. Would be improved if they sold sandwiches on the train as this would give you the whole 3 hours at the Canyon to explore rather than needing to find time for lunch The lady host in our coach car was a bit loud and excitable, but the man in our return Pullman car was... What a trip in more ways than one! They do try to keep you entertained the whole time, from 9 in the a.m. until 6 in the p.m. I wonder if the cowboys take naps in the afternoon during the 3 or so hours we have on our own? I hope so. And then they show up 10 miles out... More
