The site, design, and construction were very interesting but this felt like another tourist stop on the scenic route. Having heard so many lavish descriptions of it over the years, I was expecting something spectacular like Transfiguration Chapel at Camp Mitchell (not far from Morrilton,...More

Thorncrown Chapel is architecturally stunning, physically stimulating, and, spiritually awe-inspiring! The serene setting in the forest serves as a constant backdrop reminder of how small we are compared to the creation around us. The chapel was awe inspiring and so peaceful. If I had been alone I would have been content to sit for a couple of hours.

A neat place to visit. In the hills of Eureka Springs. You can stay as long as you want or just make a quick hop in and out. Very interesting story about how the chapel was completed. Services are still held here on Sundays.

Absolutely beautiful! So close to nature and God! We rode the trolley which allowed us about 30 minutes (which was ample) to explore the grounds.

The chapel itself is very beautiful and it was a great place to sit and be at peace. I was surprised that there were no benches outside.

It is a very beautiful short walk to chapel through the woods. The chapel itself is stunning. Inside it is so peaceful and quiet. Extraordinary design of a building.
