I have been in this store more times than I can count- but finally stopped visiting because the customer service is just too terrible. There is one woman who works there (maybe the owner?) who follows you around like you are going to steal something,...More

Twelfth visit. Still love it. Eclectic selection, as usual. Good finds, as usual. Genial owner, as usual. This time she went above and beyond, mailing our purchases to us. Still don't understand some reviewers' objection to turning their phones off. Make your phone calls outside!...More

Yes, the person behind the counter does say no photos or cell phone usage but I found a unique book for a grandchild. Take check or cash cause they do nothing t accept credit or debit cards

Gazebo Bookstore is a lovely place to browse and support independent bookstores. I was delighted to find this in Eureka Springs. The owner greeted me pleasantly and although some seem to be offended by her request to not use cell phones it was done politely...More

Small bookstore just off the main road. Has an limited variety of books, not much for what I enjoy (YA genre). The lady at the cash register did not greet us, offer help, or say goodbye.

Lots of interesting books, especially if you are into self-sufficiency, living off the land, etc. Nice place to browse

Very eclectic collection of books worth spending time with. Not a convenient location and grumpy owner, but worth a visit if you love books and memorable reading

And I mean literal diversity -- there seems to be an emphasis in the shop on including books by and about Black, women, and Native people. I was very pleased to encounter this, as I make an effort to support those books as much as...More

Locally owned bookstores with some curios for good measure. What can I say? Support local, read local! Also, make time for conversation with the shopkeeper - she is fascinating!

I know they used to but I'm not sure they do anymore. I don't recall seeing any used books the last time I was in there.
