One of my favorite beaches in Gytheio. Lots of people. Sunny. Water sports(windy). There are many camps and a lot of tourists. You can also grab a coffee or something to eat. There are many cafes and Taverns. People are really friendly.

Lovely peaceful walk along the water on the 1st of March with not a soul in sight. Can't imagine what it would be like in the summer, horribly crowded, I would think!

Clean, endless beach perfect for walking, swimming and relaxing . The water is great and if you are lucky you might spot baby turtles being born!

Very large beach with plenty of wildlife eg kingfishers, other birds, butterflies and fish. This beach was not very busy, though I assume it gets busier in the season. This is a wide, very long sandy beach located a few minutes drive from Gythion.

Nice beach, plenty of parking or within reach of Gythieon by bike if you are lucky enough to be staying in the town. Swim from sandy beaches into gently sloping shallow water, plenty of deeper water further out if you are a keen swimmer.
