Very popular with the locals. Close to Fayetteville, AR. Clear water in lake, has swim area, picnic area, concessions, restrooms, and boats to rent. The campground has no hook ups. so mostly for tent campers.

This is a wonderful, quite, and peaceful lake tucked into the hills of the Ozarks. There is a nice trail around the lake, as well as fishing, canoeing, and camping.

Camped here for 2 nights. We loved that the campground was quiet and dark. Staff was extremely friendly. Trail around the lake is beautiful. It's just a nice peaceful place to rest.

Lake Wedington was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our son's wedding at St. Catherines at Bell Gable! We rented 6 of the cabins there and had plenty of room for the family to stay. We did have an incident where some stranger walked into the cabin while my new daughter in-law was napping, then proceeded to... More

One of those places that made childhood happy. No megapark here. Just an old fashioned lake park to relax alone or for a family reunion.

We went for an overnight camping trip with two young kids and had a blast. The park was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were clean as well.

Lake Wedington is about 15 minutes straight west of Fayetteville. There are two entrances off the two-lane highway. The first one is the boat ramp and camp site entrance. Here is where you pay $5 at a self pay and park your car. Boats can be launched if you have one. The camp sites spread east along the lake. Each... More

Lake Wedington and the surrounding park are just a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It is close to Fayetteville, uncrowded and pristine. If you need a respite from the grind, take a ride out to the lake and soak up the beauty and quiet.
