Surprisingly spacious
Aug 2019 • Solo
I attended an event in the large ground floor room at the rear. Very well kept with interesting items of local note on display. As you walk though the access corridor you don’t expect this large public space.

All very well kept and clearly valued by the community.

Wedding venue
Nov 2018 • Friends
We attended a wedding here and enjoyed the day. The hall is easy to locate and the car parks are close. The hall was large with tall ceiling, it made it a bit echoes when music is played. It can be hard to hear speeches at some points. It did make a good location for the service. There is a kitchen for catering and ample toilet facility. There are a few other room's that were used as a quite seating area and the bar.

Apart from an issue with the front automatic door not letting people back in on occasions it was a very nice place for a wedding

Historic, very flexible - Great Food Festival Venue
Oct 2017 • Couples
This building really serves as the heart of the community, part of the Hungerford festival, antiques markets, farmers markets, debates and many more.

Its a lovely historic building, I always enjoy visiting, this time I was there for the Hungerford food festival when it had food stalls, cooking demonstrations and the local scouts catering.

Fantastic business meeting venue
Apr 2018 • Business
Booked the Town Hall - Magistrate's office for a business meeting with our overseas colleagues and I was delighted with the room and the lovely architecture. Room was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. The events manager was extremely helpful and organised lunch too with one of the local pubs. Everybody enjoyed the venue and the food was fantastic. Will probably hire again in the future.

"GREAT TOWN"
Oct 2017 • Couples
Been wanting to visit Hungerford for some time, as seen on the antiques road trip and love exploring antique shops visited on Friday 27th Oct. a lovely sunny day. Did not disappoint but is much more, with the canal to enjoy a hot pastie and cake watching the boats pass buy. There was not a boat trip would of liked one. The town hall has lovely architecture and there are so many pretty cottages, what a great high street.. We enjoyed our visit very much, give it a visit.

GREAT PARTY VENUE
Sep 2017 • Friends
If you need somewhere for capacity of more than 150 people - this is ideal for an event/party.
We had our joint parties here 50th, 21st and 18th and I believe everyone loved it.
Dani is very helpful for organising the hiring of the venue.

Town hall
Jun 2017 • Couples
Cute all building with plenty to do in the modern age. There seem to be a few offices and then a hall downstairs for events.

Lovely building
Apr 2017 • Friends
We popped in for the vintage fair on Sunday which was lovely and well organised. A wide range of items and sellers. A great building for this sort of event and well looked after.

Many fairs and events here and a cheap and cheerful cafe tucked away in the corner
Feb 2017 • Family
I have been to many fairs and special events here and have often had a welcome break in the little cafe in the corner. Always busy and an interesting place to visit when it is open.

Interesting Town Hall Building in Local Brickwork
Oct 2016 • Solo
Driving through the small West Berkshire Town of Hungerford (famous for its antique shops), its hard to miss the brick-build town hall building, just up from the small mini-roundabout on the main highstreet near the railway bridge.
Certainly worth stopping for a closer look if you're passing, and enjoying the ambiance.
