Recommended in the guff at our rental and one of few available local taxi companies YET when tried to telephone their landline we were told to try later - and did repeatedly for three hours!!! We also had from the guff the mobile number - rang it, answerphone!! Left message giving details and are still waiting for the call back about a pick up time of over an hour ago... USELESS SERVICE!! If you do not want the business at least have the common courtesy to let the caller know you are not presently working?!…

Thoroughly enjoyed Harry carrying us around, pointing out interest sites with loads of history and tidbits of interest facts. Reasonable too! Got the best value for our money spent!

This firm saved my bacon today. I’d called 7 taxi numbers in Axminster, no one would collect me so I was stranded at the train station. I called M Cabs and spoke to Christine who said she was really busy but if I didn’t mind jumping in with another customer she would fit me in, in 15 mins. A driver called Robin on the same number turned up at the station before her so I spoke to him and he said he’d take me as he could just make his next job if we were quick - total angel, id been at the station 40 mins trying to get through to other firms that didn’t give a hoot but both Robin and Christine went out of their way to find a way to take me. I’d have had to walk 5 miles with suitcases if it was left to the other firms. I didn’t have enough cash for a tip so I’ll tip triple on my return journey. If you need a cab in this area BOOK IN ADVANCE!!!…

2 taxis booked to take our walking group of 10 people from the Premier Inn Seaton to Lyme Regis. Taxis were booked for 9,30am and arrived on time. The drivers were polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. An excellent service and would recommend them
