We stopped at Carcross on the white pass - Yukon rail pass. Carcross is tiny, yet beautiful town. The railway station has many beautiful spots to take pictures and walk around. We were only there for 20 minutes, I wish we have more time to...More

Like most buildings in Carcross, the station is a well maintained old building. It houses a ticket sales section and a gift shop. Lots of interesting merchandise as well as some local artifacts are featured.

This is where you catch the train, after your bus tours. The scenery is spectacular, not really much here which is why it is so special.

To be honest, there wasn't much here but there was a couple of old engines to look at. We were walking past it to get to Carcross during a visit while on a cruise. The town is much more interesting.

We bussed from Skagway to Carcross where we then boarded our train to Bennett BC, then onwards onto Skagway. Station has a souvenir shop and clean rest rooms. We enjoyed our nixed lunch supplied on the train.
