National Park Service Staff was welcoming, answered all the questions, and let us take our time in looking at the house.

We stopped here on our way to Arkansas, the house was already closed as we came during after hours. We were able to take a few pictures from the outside and read a few plaques of information. You never know when you are going to find historical landmarks during a road trip and thought this would be an interesting place... More

On our way to Memphis, we saw the sign off the highway about #42 birthplace in Hope, AR. Having never been, we popped in for a look. Only a few miles off the highway you’ll find the home President William Clinton lived in as a kid. The park station on site also has information about him and the area. The... More

We stopped here on our way back to Michigan. It is just a couple of miles off the highway, and I really enjoyed touring his grandmother's home. As we were leaving, we met one of the ladies from the Little Rock Nine who was sitting on a bench outside. Her daughter was one of the rangers. She let us take... More

The President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home is a National Historic Site. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the staff very pleasant and friendly, and the home very nice to walk through. There is a small museum in the visitor center the tours of the home are I think about every 1/2 hour and conducted by a park ranger. We went... More

President Clinton's childhood home has been restored to its 1950s condition. This is the home Clinton lived in in Hope with his mother and grandparents. It is a step back to that era for sure but also a look at the very working class background of Clinton which made him such a man of the people. The US Park Service... More

I began my visit by looking at all the information in the NPS office which is next door to the Clinton house. A Park Ranger took three of us on a 20-30 minute tour of the house, explaining its history, items on display, etc. Vince Foster's childhood house is located next door. And, it was reported that down the street,... More

Very educational and interesting since we grew up in the same era but in New Jersey. Much of the home was very familiar. We learned that William Blythe later became Bill Clinton because if an unfortunate auto accident that took his fathers life before he was born. Very interesting history.

Not far off the highway, an opportunity to learn about Clinton's early days. Enter in the visitor center and a park ranger, this site is run by the National Park Service, will take you on a tour of the birth home. The furniture are not originals, but likely similar to what was originally here. The ranger will be able to... More
