Very recommended and will definitely be back sometime to explore the area more! Try and go during the rainy season as that is when the reflections are best seen.

A highlight of my south American trip. So much variety in landscapes and amazing natural wonders to see and explore. A definite must if you are even remotely thinking if visiting.

I can't explain with words the overwhelming beauty of this place. You feel like awakening in a different world. No wonder the last Star Wars movie was filmed here!! You won't need a space suit but bring a lot of sunscreen, lip balm, a hat...More

Unlike anything I had ever seen before. The silence, the blue sky, the white ground stretching as far as the eye can see. One of a kind.

This is one of the main reasons for me to travel to Bolivia. You can never find this kind of landscape anywhere else in the world.

Hi Tsiinkijp Thanks for the advice. Will do this as a last resort. From what I can see, private tours should cost around 800 bob. Is this correct?
