I am very glad that we visited the museum and that I could see and learn about my history and only now realize how hard my ancestors have worked.

I went at the Old Library and the collection of fossils is absolutely unbelievable. It's worth while to go there.

A great house to visit. It makes you realise how difficult it was to live here in the hot climate. Takes about an hour to look round the interesting house and objects.

We did a self guided walking tour of Graaff Reinet and took in two of the 4 museums. Both worth a visit.

The museum explains the history of the area and has interesting displays. It also has an interesting collection of prehistoric fossils that were found in the area of Graaff Reinet.

A neat Home dating back to 1800s when Andrew Murray took up residence in the parsonage. This home has been in the family for generations and has some good examples of furniture from that era. Beautifully maintained
