Small exhibits to pass the time during the afternoon - a small aquarium, a small garden, a maritime exhibit etc. However, can give it a skip unless you are interested in the history of Mossel Bay.

We had an awesome day out here. Education on sea life, shells, culture, post office, history and christianity all in one place. A must stop.

After my other disappointing aquarium experience I had to return to the Diaz Aquarium. The main building entrance has information of SA history, mountain passes etc and specimens of South African indigenous plants. There is also an antique clock unit that was donated - before...More

A part of South African history that is well displayed. It is interesting and well laid out. Look at the copy of the boat travelled in so many years ago, Quite amazing

The museum is a nice place to visit with a combination of native garden, shell museum, views to Santos beach and of course the replica of the ship that took Bartolomeu Dias to southern Africa. The entrance fee is only 40 R which includes access...More
