The place is as described, old, small lanes, must visit, but alot of imported stuff is also found here. I think going in deeper will give more rich culture.

when you visit Sfax City you must Notice the wall for the old city but u'll get disappointed when you go inside, just normal buildings and nothing really special.

Greatest and biggest and authentic Medina I've visited in Tunisia. Very clean, lots of diffrent stuff to buy, not overpriced, not touristic, no feel of overcharging.

Beautiful and interesting fish markets cool to see. Go with someone who know it or can great lost inside for hours. Can get anything you like fresh vegetables daily caught fish crabs squid anything from the sea. Shops through out.
