Enjoyed this trip to Guiyang Park. Walked for miles and miles and in some places it was quite steep but the effort is worth it for the fresh air and the stunning views.

So busy during Chinese New Year but still well worth the time spent. Many things to see in the park. Beautiful views on the lake and from the highest point in the park you have wonderful views of Guiyang.

The monkeys inside are really interesting. They are not in cages but live on the mountains. They are very calm and used to human beings. So you can watch them conducting their daily activities like seeking salt on other monkeys and observe their collaborative behaviors.

The park itself is nice with lakes and mountains around it and with Pagoda on the top. But what we really liked was seeing groups of local people singing, dancing, playing various music instruments and varios sport activities. The gallery of local people was facinating....More
