Thiruvanaikkaval temple is the 8 the biggest temple in the world which was built 1800 years ago by King Cheng Hanna cholan. A must to visit attraction in Tamil nadu.

This is not exactly for the tourist, unless it is for religious purposes. It is a nationally important temple for Hindus and is a bit crowded and noisy unless you go during special times.
