The building is an appropriate piece of architecture which gives you a thought provoking experience. From the waterfall, to video memorial room and the other exhibits which also show the positive side of humanity in the clean up and future development. Well worth going.

This museum is very unique. Built as memorial of tsunamy 2004 that claimed the lives of thousands people from some countries. Is has great architecture with some details of the tragedy and this museum is telloing stories.

The muzeum offer audio visual screening to remember the tragedy in 2004. It also has a lot of information about aceh before and after the tragedy

I was lucky, it was not my first time visited museum, but when I was there, I can felt that sadness around me. Free entrance fee and you can see how tsunami destroy Aceh! feel that emotion!

I think this is possible. The reception is rather large and locked. We had actually waiting our tricycle with all our luggage. Good luck
