We visited the night market the first night in Keelung. The street food was very, very good! Non-stop grazing and sampling for about two hours. Had some of the best roast pork and grilled steak in Taiwan at this street market! Sugar glazed strawberries were...More

The above are the 3 street food vendors that are a must visit in this night market. Ask the tour guide to recommend some street food when you're there and they will point these stalls to you. Alas, a picture paints a thousand words and...More

It's an easy walk from the train and bus terminal to the night market, close to the fishing harbour. It will be advisable to walk around first to have an initial experience, before indulging into the food stalls and enjoy snacks or meals. Tried seafood...More

Dropped by for lunch at the temple area after Yeh Liu Geopark. Very bland in the day, may be much better and more bustling at night.

Maybe the rain dampened our spirits, or maybe we hadn’t explored enough stalls, but it felt like just another night market to us. The vibe reminded us of Taipei’s Raohe Night Market, traditional and down-to-earth in its offerings. Not a bad place to stop by...More

Get ready for a feast, probably one of the best night market in the larger Taipei area. Avoid holiday and weekend as I worry the place is too over crowded. Things you make sure to try: 1. Open ended potsticker. They have a large booth,...More

Come hungry - this is all about the food! The seafood is what the market is famous for, and it's delicious. The sushi/sashimi stand is definitely worthy of attention - the salmon sashimi is some of the best I've ever had. But don't neglect the...More

shops setup by 5pm or even as early as 4pm. you can eat a lot of varieties by this time. but for best selection, 7pm to 10pm is peak.
