I was unfortunately too late with my timing to be able to go inside this attractive set of buildings near the Old Town proper. It seems that it closes around 4pm. Still quite nice to walk past, but I would have liked to also see...More

An essential visit to immerse yourself into the rich history of Songkhla. The architecture is wonderful, and so are the displays. furniture's and work of art.

The museum is open 9 AM - 4 PM, Wed.-Sun., and is closed on Thai national holidays. It costs about 160 baht, there are stairs to climb, and there is no AC. But if you are in reasonable shape, enjoy seeing old architecture, artifacts, learning...More

Spent a few hours at this museum. Articles and displays were very interesting. Documentation and videos were also written or had subtitles in English. The outside grounds were also very beautiful with beautiful flowers. A great learning adventure.

Songkhla museum is a must visit place in Songkhla. You will learn and understand the history of people here. Check the opening day first, as we go there on Monday and it s closed.
