A temple devoted to Brahma, with a fantastic outlook.

This temple is somewhat hidden away. It is worth the visit, as it is apparently the only one devoted to Brahma the senior of the Hindu Gods. But it is very crowded, as most Hindus travel there in their lifetime. You have to line up and wait for up to an hour to get to the door in the busy... More

During the months of October – November. This is time when the famous Pushkar Camel Fair comes to town, and also the weather is nicer during these months. ost had only a few worshippers, despite beautiful four faced lingams. However, there was one that had a long line of pilgrims. It is nondescript and hard to find, just a narrow... More

This temple of lord shiva is confused with Aptaeshwar temple. We asked for Aptaeshwar temple and all of them guided us with this temple. However, after walking through the local market we finally arrived here.Nothing much to see here. Only you have to climb down to see the shive lingam and worship there, just like any shiva temple in your locality.

Very nice small temple. You need to leave your shoes out, your head should be covered, you need to wash your hands and feed.

Not much of an attraction other than a small temple where worshippers go to worship. No photpgraphy is allowed and cameras and mobiles have to be deposited at the entrance. when its so crowded , one would feel claustrophobic. Nothing really missed if we give this Mandir a miss.

The Atmeshwar temple is a regular temple. Usually crowded and can be given a miss if one is hard on time.

It is difficult to get near the shrine and always seems to be busy. They have put fences around since i first went there, and place need to be cleaned properly. It seems to be neglected. We need to maintain the charm of Pushkar, still my favorite places for a short visit.
