Tried to get it booked on line the evening before we went as there is a bit of a saving but when we arrived it hadn't gone through for some reason so ended up paying the full price at reception. The staff are friendly especially...More

Enjoyable visit.. Impressed by the imaginative presentation witht he Viking theme in the background. However some noisy children not being controlled properly by their parents did detract from the experience. It's lovely to see children appreciating such things, but not at the expense of ignoring...More

I expected this to have improved dramatically. A lot of money has been spent on the place. You can see new signage everywhere and a new entrance walkway and replies(about 4) and a few other new things. Some money spent on the cafe too. But...More

Took my granddaughter here today and although she's not 3 yet she really enjoyed it. The touch tank was great as she was able to touch the fish. Definitely a place to take the kids.

Visited here with my family and the large fish tanks were nice but that's all they were, very big fish tanks. They were nice to see and my children enjoyed them. We were very disappointed that there were no seals or otters on our visit,...More

Would highly recommend, especially for families with children. Exhibits and touch tanks very worthwhile. Great cafe. Shop ok for kids and a few gifts etc for adults but could offer better range of stock.

I would believe so yes it is, there appears to be ramps throughout the building both internally and externally in place of steps. Hope this helps.
