Beautiful water, very soft, powdery sand. Beach is quite wide. Waves can be fairly rough sometimes but very smooth other times. Not great for snorkeling. Prepare to see many large yachts. There are reasons they come to meads bay!

Meads bay is long and beautiful with soft sand from shore all the way out. It is a great walking beach, being at least a mile long (perhaps longer). Blanchard’s Beach Shack and the Straw Hat are on the beach (and others we did not try), so food and drink are always available. Snorkeling along the rocks on either side... More

We stayed at Malliouhana so Meads Bay was the beach we went to every day. It's heaven on Earth. Seriously amazing. Calm clear waters and only a few other people on the beach. Also several delicious restaurants right on Meads Bay, from casual affordable yet delicious food at Blanchards Beach Shack to higher end meals at Blanchards or Jacala. We... More

Visited several beaches during our week's stay. This one is the best and several outstanding restaurants nearby. Thinking of staying in this area for our next visit!

Beautiful curved bay, white sand, no seaweed, no stones ... picture postcard perfect! Plenty of quality restaurants and one top-end fast food venue along the beach. Ability to rent sun-loungers in a number of places.

We always spend some time on Meads bay. The beach is white sand with beautiful water. Blanchard's Beach Shack is on this beach and is a great place to spend the day. There are also several restaurants on the beach. Beach chairs are available at most bars and restaurants on Meads.

We stayed at Carimar Beach Club at Meads Bay for a week. We absolutely loved this place. The beach was just perfect, so quiet, so calm, turquoise with white powdery sands. It was all to ourselves except probably 10 people. I just can't explain how much we enjoyed this beach. I just put that maybe it's the second because Shoal... More

We loved this beach on our recent vacation to Anguilla! We tried a few others while on island but always came back to this one. Inexpensive chair/umbrella rentals, you can bring your own beverages, yummy food options and clean restrooms! Blue waters and white sandy beach...nothing better.

We visited Meads Bay a few times on our week in Anguilla. It's the bluest water we have ever seen. It quickly became one of our favourite beaches with the soft white sand and gentle waves. Great beach for swimming with children and family.
