Spending one night in Bakersfield, decided to check out the Crystal Palace, it is worth your time if you are a country music fan. Did not eat, had a couple drinks and the local history is very interesting. Would go back for a concert.

We went for the Sunday Buffet, food was very good and service was great as well. Lots of pictures and Buck Owens memorabilia on the walls. Enjoyed the brunch but not being a big country western music fan would not likely go for a dinner show.

Great place to see local and touring music artists in a smaller, more intimate setting. Fun local music history museum. Good service, lots of parking. Some events sell out fast, so be proactive.

A business trip brought me to Bakersfield, upon the recommendation of our hotel, my colleagues and I ventured to the Buck Owne's Crystal Palace. We were greeted by a friendly staff and seated directly across from the stage where a talented modern country band was starting their performance. As local line dancers appeared before us aged 3 to 70 years,... More

Every time in Bakersfield we go to dinner here. My rib eye steak was the best ever eaten. Was amazing. Chicken sandwich was delicious also. Green beans cooked old fashion way with bacon. If you want to save calories the filet steak salad is also very nice. The memorabilia is interesting and fun. Love it !

Buck Owens themed restaurant, bar, and museum. Went with friends and we had a NY steak, Cedar-Plank Salmon and Filet Mignon Kabobs. All were delicious. The gravy on their home-made mashed potatoes should be it's own food group. Yum! They had live country music on stage. The seating for all three dining levels surround the stage and the dance floor... More

Went here for dinner with some friends and had a blast! Enjoyed the live music as well as all the historical things. The food was only so-so. :(

Buck Owens Crystal Palace is our favorite place to eat, when in Bakersfield. We have never had a bad meal at the Crystal Palace, and especially enjoy the Sunday Brunch. However, if you go to the brunch you will miss out on the pleasure of the live Country Western music.

The atmosphere here is exceptionally nice. I loved checking out the clothes Buck Owens wore during his concerts. The entertainment and food is also really good!
