Lots of millennials and old people with money. Decent places to eat and I like some of the stores. Pretty walk.

Lots to do here. Good restaurants, shopping, energetic vibe. Usually crowded on weekends. Nice outside dining. Parking is pretty plentiful. Great area to visit, especially on a warm, sunny day when you can take advantage of the outdoor dining and people watching.

A nice area in Berkeley away from the Telegraph avenue scene. Many upscale shops and boutiques and a nice assortment of good eating places. Good place to walk around.

Lots of shops, some unique, artsy, frequent music, outstanding coffee/tea houses, Berkeley at its best. Parking and traffic are a problem, but worth some effort. Fun place to explore.

small but elegant shopping area with unique boutiques and also some bigger chain stores around. Great to walk around, shop or not, get some ice cream or eat at one of the several nice restaurants.
