The place is starting to look run down already. Not enough seating for the amount of people in the park. I was barely able to find a spot on the grass in the corner of the park to sit. The food poor and over priced. The staff is not very friendly and most of them appear Lazy including management. Tried... More

I have a season pass and i love it. The annual pass is very affordable for both parks. Plus the have picnic benches outside and you can bring your own food and renter the park when your done eating. On the weekends get there early cause the lawn chairs get taken or you can bring your own and place them... More

Wow, I expected this place to be so amazing. It started with our tickets...the tickets were two park passes, said so right on the ticket. We'd been to the amusement park, so we went to soak city, and they were not going to let us in. We kept showing the employee the part about two parks. After waiting 10 minutes... More

Got the two park pass for family and glad we did. Went to Soak City first at about opening time midweek. Hit a few slides as about 20 different summer youth camps arrived and inundated the place within an hour. Lines got too long to enjoy so we switched over to the Park (similar situation but better). Nice water park...not... More

I have to say my kids had a great time. However, as a mom, I will never bring them here again. I was so disappointed in this park. The whole park is dirty but the changing rooms are down right unsanitary. The floor is so slippery and filthy, paper towels everywhere, no proper ventilation, it smells like a swamp. There... More

This is a great place to take the kids. There is a lot to do us adults loved the lazy river and the children loved everything it was a challenge to get them to take time to eat but it is a blast

This place is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced in the USA. They start by charging you $17 to park, $142 entry for 2 adults, a 14yr old and 11yr old. $21 for a medium locker (no part refund) and that's before you have bought any food or drink to consume because your not allowed to take a... My husband and 18 year old son and I had a really fun time today! The wait time per slide was around 10-15 minutes. Take a lot of sunscreen with you as there is minimal shade available unless you rent a Cabana. Our lunch was good. One had the chicken tenders and fries and my husband and I split a... More

This place is a lot of fun lot of great splashing lot of great rides but as with any the lines you must wait and sometimes are overwhelming especially the one that goes to the top so make sure you have sunscreen on your shoulders and make sure your children have sunscreen 30 40% it only stays on for 80... We all went (10 of us) and the weather was maybe rain maybe not...we had a cabana. Let me just say you will feel very safe there. They have employees, lifeguards, security guards all over the place. You can't walk 5 ft. w/o seeing someone in red...then they have servers for your cabana. It is excellent. It is safe. We... More
