We visited this place with all our family, including small kids. We walked all the way from Metula to the waterfall. A very interesting and beautiful walk. not very difficult and very attractive. The trail is well marked, clean and well kept. Recommended

About 2 hour hike going down along beaytiful Iyon (Ayun) creek. We had a 6 year old boy who did it easily. Note that going into the water is forbidden for the sake of local ecology. Requires 2 cars (for going back to the car at the begining point), but other travelers would love to give you a hike back

The place is very beautiful, but with many stairs both up and down. It has 4 different waterfalls. If you decide to see it know that the trek ends in the lowest part from which you either take a taxi/hitchhike to the upper parking lot since where the car is or someone will have to go back up the mountain... The Tanur Falls flows down from the Ayon Valley in Lebanon and into Israel where it becomes the Iyon Stream. The falls are most impressive in the winter and spring after heavy rains. The sight is controlled by the nature authority and there is an admission fee. The walk is suitable for the whole family.

We have been at the northern of Israel, we walk on the way to the fall , the water come from over 30 meters in a shape of oven , the nature was green and we saw fish in the water , it was an amazing morning for us and our family members including our small grandchildren .

YOu better start from the top in Metula and then walk yourself down the hill and the Park, otherwise it will be a very tiring effort there is a shuttle that will take you up again to pick up your car, and it was a fantastic walk with little kids....just nice for this time of the year...especially spring time.

Nice quiet place with a nice waterfall at the end of a very short walk. There's water throughout the year but it is recommended to see the waterfall at winter.

Very impressive. The trip is not round trip and has 2 entrances : one in Metula and one outside Metula. In order not to go back and forth you will need 2 cars.
