I love going here just to walk around. The flowers, the many levels, the rustic quality of the place, and the good variety of shops and restaurants are all very appealing to me. Whether you want to buy anything or not, go here to see...More

Was pleased to find so many Art Galleries here as well as good food to be had. A pleasant place to spend some time taking in local Art as well as stopping for a meal on your way up or down Hwy 1

Nice assortment of restaurants and shops. However, not easily maneuvered if you are not able bodied or have a stroller or wheelchair.

Some unique small restaurants and shops. A favorite French bakery and wonderful candy/ice cream store. The downside is the ramps and steep slopes and stairs that are difficult for someone with a walker or wheelchair to maneuver.

There were some consignment stores that we walked by. There was one nautical store that had just closed. They close at 4 pm on the weekend.

The barnyard really isn't one place per se, but rather a sort of shopping center with coffee, clothing stores, professional businesses, salons, and of course a bunch of good restaurants. For breakfast I'd recommend Scratch, and for dinner I'd recommend Sur. And bring your kids...there's...More

A few restaurants remain & a few stores but it's not the lively spot it once was. That said, we did visit a couple of favorite stores. Hope it perks up one day soon.
