We were intrigued by name & had read some good things about winemaker. We’d been to Folktale, Twisted Root & Cima Colima, & this was disappointing. Staff not very friendly. Particularly the “Smokey” wine after the fires was NOT worth bottling in our opinion. This...More

Absolutely enjoyable wine tasting visit. The staff here is uber friendly. Especially enjoyed the Stainless Steel Chardonnay, and the 2015 3-Clone Pinot Noir. Lovely patio to sit and have a glass of wine. Wish they offered a cheese or charcuterie plate to accompany the wines....More

We visited a number of wineries during our visit to Carmel Valley. We felt that this was the best for a number of reasons. First, we were not served a bad wine. Each and every wine we tasted was good to very, very good. The...More

Great space to stop in for a tasting and glass. A nice selection showcasing the Carmel Valley. A good place to stop and visit while in town.

This tasting room was recommended by two other wineries. We love the fact it is family run and we met the owner. Nice, affordable wines. We joined one of their "wine clubs". Its nice they offer outside seating for patrons. We were there at lunch...More

We always stop by here when wine tasting in Carmel Valley. John is delightful to talk with and gladly shares his knowledge of wines, without being pretentious. The wines are delicious and priced well. We usually take home 2-3 bottles, and sometimes a magnum, especially...More

While the tasting room was modest, without fanfare, the wines were superb! We enjoyed a personalized tasting with the owner! We took 8 bottles with us and joined the Wine Club! Definitely a small, intimate experience of excellence!
