Very friendly staff and a fabulous Frank Lloyd Wright designed clubhouse. Views are incredible. This is a very, very difficult course. Huge elevation changes. You cannot walk this course. The 6th hole is impossible. It should be redesigned. I played in late September of 2016. I found the greens to be in very poor condition. Apparently fugas has taken over... More

Bit of a haul from the tahoe lake area but very much worth the drive. This was my favorite track played in the region. I can see why high handicappers struggle but choose the appropriate tees, pay attention to the helpful tips for each hole, resist the temptation to be too aggressive and this course plays very fair. At an... More

Ok, Dragon is a bit of a schlep--but well worth it! This is the best golf value in the Tahoe area. Highway 89 is in great condition. The views on the way up are very scenic. It is reminiscent of what this area was like many years ago. Ranches, mountains, open space and no crowds!!!! We were greeted by Jason--very... More

The Dragon course has some great golf holes and some overly difficult ones resulting in a frustrating round of golf. Although the course has removed 30 plus bunkers in recent years, it still suffers from being too narrow on many second shots. The bunkers were in perfect condition, while the greens were just ok. The course was almost empty during... More

Had a problem with animals destroying my golf bag in front of the clubhouse and they took care of everything in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend them for their concern about the customer. Also, the course was in great shape, June 7-8, and had very well engineered holes.

Played over the holiday weekend with my 12 yr old son and it was not busy at all. We were able to play at a relaxed pace and really enjoy the experience. The course was in great shape, and some of the tee box views were jaw dropping. I love how they have bathroom/water facilities every few holes. It is... More

Very challenging course. The course is very well maintained; a great mountain course. Has a private club feel. Every staff member was welcoming and genuinely pleasant.

We came for an early Valentine's dinner (Prefer to eat at home on Valentine's Day). The architecture is very interesting, the thirty foot high fireplace and great views provide a nice ambiance for a romantic dinner. Our waiter (Bill) was new and seemed a little nervous but was very nice and provided us with excellent service. We started with fish... More

The dragon is a great course - would recommend it! I was staying in Tahoe with friends and we decided to play - bit of a drive on Tahoe but worth it. The course was not crowded and we finished in 4 hours - solid round.

Thank Rhonda G
