If nearby you must go. Ivan gave me a tour and educated me along the way with the variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegar they have. I had no idea there were so many options. Ivan needs to make a recipe book because the things he showed me were so yummy and unique (to me). Needless to say I... More

We were walked thru each olive oil and vinegar available to sample by a very knowledgeable staff member-we were impressed with her knowledge of each oil and vinegar and the Lucero story also. The olive oils and balsamic vinegars are fantastic-each oil has specific notes depth and finish, depending on your tastes there is an oil and/or vinegar for every... More

Everyone heading North to Oregon and beyond on I-5 probably passes by the town of Corning without stopping. Being one of those people who didn't stop in the past I decided to give it a try - specifically the olive oil tasting and I were pleasantly surprised. Lucero has an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette tasting bar with unique oil... More

Visited Corning for a wedding. It's a small town with several great stops. This factory/gift shop was a great place to learn a bit about Corning's #1 product. They have an informative presentation on the olive oil from harvest to market. The gift shop has a wonderful and reasonably priced selection of olive oils, vinegars and condiments. (Especially since shipping... More

I tasted through all of the varietals of olive oils that Lucero offered. I did _not_ taste through the infused olive oils as I was already maxed out. The team members were very well educated regarding each varietal. They were also spot on regarding the tasting note/flavor profile of each olive oil. As a final treat we did taste brownies... More

We went to the town of Corning specifically to go on a tour of the olive factory. however, there was no tour on Monday, 8/1/16. The products were well displayed and seemed to be of good quality, but we did not purchase anything. Maybe next time we visit California.
