What a dish

If you go to the harbor, go to What a Dish cafe Was amazing! Great lunch and great bakery. Highly recommend.

This place lacks an aesthetic. It's too crowded with boats and the restaurant sites lack decent views. There's some free parking around but mostly you'll have to use one of the pay lots. Locals walk their dogs here and there are some vantage points for whale watching. If you really came here to relax, use Doheny State Beach which is... More

Pretty location, easy walking distance from a couple of parks, walking trails, and a number of restaurants and shops.

Spent several days walking the pathways in the harbor and the park near the outside breakwater. Seems to have a lot going on all the time making for very interesting walking.

It's always clean. I love that only boat owners can park by the boat parking. Good food, good choice of restaurants. I love that you can dock your boat over next to Jon's place and go eat.

I'm a proud local resident that frequents this beautiful tranquil harbor with magnificent scenery. It's like a hidden gem as it could be busy specially on nice weather days yet never seem to be overcrowded.

Very tidy area for picnicking and strolling around. Found plenty of free parking and loads of places to walk too. Start high. Up. On the point and catch the views before heading down. To get to the point drive towards the tall ships then make a right turn up the steep road. Great view with lots of parking. Plenty of... More

During our annual stay in the LA area we decided to stay here before setting out on a private yacht to Catalina Island. We were very satisfied with everything.
