Beautiful unique bridge

Very original construction. Part of a four day bus tour heading to Mateoro. Spectacular from both sides.

This is a modern suspension bridge. Its amazing, just like all the other large suspension bridges throughout the world. A great photo opportunity and a useful shortcut.

Was crossing by this bridge on my way to Lefkada island from Isthmia bus station (Corinth- this bus goes from Athens, stops in Corinth, so can be no places to sit, FYI), bus stops for few mins near the bridge and it's enough for taking pictures. Not bad )

A very nice designed bridge, but the toll to pass it is more than 12€, so many times I need to pass to Antirio from Rio, I use the ferry boat (6,5€). It's just about 2,5kms of sea. If you are in a hurry, go on the bridge. If you'd like a small trip with the boat and admire the... More

We had an opportunity to stop at this bridge which is the largest suspension bridge in the world to see a presentation of its history and creation. Truly worth a visit

The Rio-Antirrio Bridge was one of my bucket-list reasons for visiting Greece, after seeing it on the Public TV special. It is the world's longest multi-span structure, some 2250 meters long. it cost our tour bus 45 euros toll, one way. It spans the Gulf of Corinth. If you don't like the tools, the ferries still run, on a reduced... More

So, the bridge is fairly new, and the Greeks rave about it - It is attractive enough but I wouldn't say it is worth a detour. We saw it because we were using it to get from point A to point B. I must confess I didn't see the what all the excitement was about...but nice enough and apparently they... More

We visited the Rio–Antirrio Bridge on our way from Olympia to Delphi. It was a nice stop on the way as the bridge is impressive. Be sure to stop at the free museum with an exhibition and movie about the construction of the bridge.

Beautiful bridge with amazing views just wish there was a way to pull over and take a few photographs, hanging out the window on the car doesnt give the best results.

The bridge is beautiful and we love to travel through it. Yes it has been expensive to build and yes a part of it was being paid by EU. But isn't this what EU is about? Many people travel using the bridge and it's not just Greeks. We love our bridge
