This was an interesting Museum. The docents were so friendly. We were there because the had a Johnny Cash special display, but we really enjoyed the entire thing. Their bathroom was interesting, be sure to visit it and great photo ops.

Local museum very small and focused on the area. Nice break in air conditioned building from the mid-day heat. Small admission charge pays for the upkeep.

We had out of town guests and took them here. They really enjoyed it. The lady behind the counter gave us a real history lesson.

If you’re touring Sutter Street/Folsom Old Town, an experience I recommend, buy a combination ticket and walk through both this museum and the one across the street, charmingly called the Museum of Wonder and Delight; the tickets are inexpensive, and neither museum will use up...More
