Walked/hiked - spring day! Beautiful spring flowers and breathtaking views. We even saw a snake that crossed our path. Many trails options. Lots of bikers too. There’s a picnic area too but don’t think it was open yet.

Nice to have access to open spaces, and some views of the bay and the foothills of the Sierras. We were just there in March after a hearty rainstorm and the hills were dusted with snow on the top ridges, and green meadow grasses below....More

Coyote Hills offers a close to home escape from the city traffic and noise. A nice place for a picnic, hike, wildlife watching or a bike ride.

There isn't a gate etc. simply park and walk on the trail. There is no charge and thus, no need to have anyone there at 0630.
