The park is large and in a very natural setting. We enjoy picnicking there and watching the ducks and geese in the beautiful lake. The park also contains a Japanese garden which is very popular as well.

The Japanese Garden is fairly romantic but only open limited hours. There is is a dog park. If you both own dogs might be a good ice breaker. If she likes to hike or bike it has trails.
