Award Winning Family Owned Winery: beautiful picnic grounds, tasting room, private tastings, free Wi-Fi, a wide selection of wines including rare single-vineyard wines. David Stare founded Dry Creek Vineyard in 1972. Winemaking emphasis is on grapes from select Sonoma County vineyards, chosen for quality and character. Fume Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Dry Chenin Blanc, Reserve Chardonnay and Meritage are produced. Dry Creek has received over 1,000 medals for wines in 40 years.

Walk-in that worked out great

We did a walk-in here at the end of our day of appointments.Bob was our host and was incredibly knowledgable about Dry Creek's wines and we loved the wines. I can't speak to other experiences here, but we were very pleased.

Friendly, tasty, and beautiful yard

Walked in on a crowded Saturday, and immediately had service. Enjoyed a picnic in the yard with our dogs and a bottle of Chard. Didn't finish the tasting but intend to some day soon.

Wine tasting at Dry Creek Vineyard

We both thoroughly enjoyed this visit. We found our server to be very knowledgeable and took extra time to share a lot of extra information about each of the wines. Would definitely return!
