A diverse set of establishments. Tons of gift shops, eateries and some sweets shops. Great place to people watch and bring people from out of town.

What used to be a quiet and unpretentious place to hang out and enjoy the sun is now a tourist hot spot. Gone is the quaint Main Street with its unique shops and restaurants. It now feels like a busy tourist destination. Very sad indeed.

I'm walking on main and the pier/boardwalk most every morning and night. Lots of good food, sports bars, and entertainment. A bit noisy on Fri/Sat (or when the US Open is in town). But a great place to live and play.

Lot's of people, bars and restaurants. Walking on the Pier is always a good time. It's Surf City USA, but I still long for the old days when it wasn't so developed.

Downtown is a nice place for breakfast lunch or dinner restaurants. Surf clothing shops are plenti and cute little boutiques up and down the street. Tuesday evenings is Farmers Market with a lot of home grown selections.
