A diverse set of establishments. Tons of gift shops, eateries and some sweets shops. Great place to people watch and bring people from out of town.

I'm walking on main and the pier/boardwalk most every morning and night. Lots of good food, sports bars, and entertainment. A bit noisy on Fri/Sat (or when the US Open is in town). But a great place to live and play.

Lot's of people, bars and restaurants. Walking on the Pier is always a good time. It's Surf City USA, but I still long for the old days when it wasn't so developed.
Downtown is a nice place for breakfast lunch or dinner restaurants. Surf clothing shops are plenti and cute little boutiques up and down the street. Tuesday evenings is Farmers Market with a lot of home grown selections.
