Fairly tight Fairways. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Lots of Fairway and green bunkering. The only drawback was the fairways being so close to the houses.

Breakfast is tasty here. The patio is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Full bar to kick off your day with a bloody Mary or other favorite.

Nicely designed Tom Fazio Course that is constructed to more forgiving. Most of the fairways slope toward the middle. The length is manageable for your bogie-players. Costs is a little high but it is expected being in yuppie-Irvine.
