The place is loaded with garbage and people who are permanent residents of the park. They literally sweep their trash into the waterfall and it just fills every crevice with plastic and debris. I found it to be unenjoyable based on that alone.

An excellent excursion from Snooky and about $20 return in a tuktuk. You can motorbike or cycle out but the road is red and prone to being really muddy and slippery if it has been wet. When in full flow the falls are pretty cool and it is a nice place to have a meal in the local huts. Also... More

The ride to the waterfall from in town is around 30 minutes. The road is not the best but bearable. The car park is massive and the tourist facilities are everywhere. The falls and water way however are tainted by the terrific amount of litter and pollution. This park needs to be managed better as potential is high. There are... More

Nice waterfall in Sihanoukville. There ar several little water falls, it is more spectacular in the wet season, but still worth going in dry season. Try to visit M-F to avoid the local crowds. The rock faces and climbing down to the waterfall is a bit daunting, and need to use caution!.. no safety barriers or railings here!.. wear good... More

We visited to the Kbal Chhay Waterfalls as part of the tour we did with Sihanoukville Seaside Tours. There are numerous levels of waterfalls, which are very picturesque, and there was quite a bit of water still running in January despite being the dry season. There are several food and drink stalls there if you need refreshments

I've see cleaner rubbish dumps. Not sure where the 1 dollar entry fee goes, certainly not on cleaning up. Don't bother.

Stumbled this waterfall while exploring on our scooters back in June 2012, no one around. Not bad, good for a day explore and swim

These falls are amazing and impressive. Less than an hours travel if you were to visit. Flowing in the wet season and dry season.

Waterfalls are always a key photo stop so always attratc many tourists. For me this often offsets the value of the natural beauty. This place down a longish dirt road, was more like a village than just a landmark. Plenty of stalls and outdoor pavillions, yet all in all still lovely waterfall, perhaps aim to go at a not so...
