The staff was outstanding and got us ready and out the door. The equipment was in very good condition. Stand up paddle boarding in the ocean is much tougher than a lake or in the bay; however, it is so much fun.

The people working at the counters did not seem at all happy about waiting on customers. I didn't get a genuinely friendly vibe from any of the workers and they weren't too good at communication. One small thing is that they asked us if we...More

Our guide was very nice and shared some interesting and fun facts about the wildlife and area cliffs and homes. The actual kayak trip was enjoyable. The store was eh. College kids who seemed annoyed to be dealing with people. Also, parking was difficult. No...More

Our trip leaders help ensure that all were outfitted and prepared for the weather and event. Trip leaders watched over group, encouraging snorkelers to look in certain areas and stay with the group ie not go too far out. We saw plenty of leopard sharks...More

They are not friendly, organized or efficient. You are on your own figuring out what you need for your trip. There is ONE bathroom and no showers. There were 14 in the group we went out with. Most of our time was spent waiting to...More

I have only done the kayaking. You can do double kayak so both people are paddling, which would make it easier. Even in decent shape I found the paddle out moderately difficult being the only paddler in the kayak with... More

Sorry, Not sure how this snuck by me. I have had the most luck earlier in the morning. Plus their is usually less wind, which is good for a longer paddle. This winter we saw a good amount of whales, lots of dolphins but it... More

No, there was a swell when we went and we couldn't get that close. We ended up going a little farther out to sea instead. Even without getting close to the caves it was a great experience. Have fun!
